In the heart of Marple Bridge, a busy, lively, urban village, Bridge Apartment is very close to the Bridge over the Goyt River and the Peak Forest Canal. A first floor apartment with its own parking space and 2 bathrooms! Decorated with a modern feel and attention to detail, is in a very convenient position. Accessed off the main road via a cobbled courtyard, its own parking space for 1 car is approx 30 meters away, however please note it is a little tight and not suitable for large cars or vans. Alternatively there is free parking is a short walk away.
A small number of steps leads down to the door with carpetted stairs up to the living accommodation.
The open plan kitchen and living area has all the equipment you need, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine/dryer, microwave, kettle, toaster, breakfast bar and dining table. The living area has comfy seating and large flat TV open to the kitchen which makes it a sociable space. Sleeps 4/6 people, in two bedrooms, one a with a king size iron bed with a fully tiled ensuite shower and toilet, the second has twin beds, and a good size double sofa bed in the living room. A separate bathroom, fully tiled, with shower over the bath, toilet and sink.
Outside is a small area for seating over looking the cobbled courtyard.
